Why visible spectrum?

Sounds a bit odd at first time, doesn’t it?

I know, but honestly I believe this name would be the perfect fit for this blog.

First of all I must admit that I do not know much about physics and that my topics won’t be on the scientific side.

I have always loved rainbows and how the white light is dispersed by a prism into the colors of the visible spectrum. It is absolutely fascinating!

The meaning beyond this title goes a little deeper. Personally, I choose not to see life just black and white. We are all unique in our own way and every path has a different story. What works for someone may not work for the other.

So colors signify choices. Choices one individual can make. At the end it forms a palette destined to tell us a story, the road map of a soul through life. A journey painted with feelings, a journey of powerful emotions left behind… fear, anger, joy, love. So in our very last moments what we leave behind is a painting. You are the artist so you can choose the colors and draw whatever you want. Just let your mind be free and open your eyes to all the possibilities around you.

What will your painting tell?

“In the long run, we shape our lives, and we shape ourselves. The process never ends until we die. And the choices we make are ultimately our own responsibility.” – Eleanor Roosevelt
